Return Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY: We make innovative, high quality products for gardening. We warrant this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one year from the date of initial purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase). If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your product at no cost to you. This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident, and normal wear and tear.

RETURN POLICY Llona Innovations offers returns of My Garden Post and all related accessories within 30 days receipt of shipment. You can use this page to learn about our return policies.

Requirements for a Full Refund

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and accessories

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping and handling charges for items shipped by Llona Innovations LLC are borne by the buyer.
  • Items valued at $75 or more and returned to Llona Innovations must be returned using a traceable shipping service. If the value of the order is $100 or more, it must be insured for the value of the shipment and shipped with a signature shipping service. For items valued at less than $75, we suggest using USPS delivery confirmation service. Please note: If your return package does not arrive and you did not use a traceable service or if you use refuse the shipment as a method of return, Llona Innovations may not be able be able to offer a full refund.
